Made to your specification

Your design, your label, our factory floor

You bring the brief. We build the tech pack, qualify the workshop, control the quality and ship it under your name. No factory ownership, no factory excuses — one accountable point of contact in Dhaka.

What we can change

Six dimensions of specification

Almost nothing about a jute bag is fixed. These are the levers we pull to hit your look, your durability requirement and your landed cost.

Fabric & weight

7 oz to 14 oz jute hessian, jute-cotton blends, laminated (PP or PE) and unlaminated, natural or piece-dyed in your colour.

Construction

Flat, gusseted, boxed, folding, rigid-base, zip-top, drawstring, with internal pockets, dividers and key leashes.

Handles & straps

Cotton webbing, jute cord, rope, cane and bamboo, leather-look PU, self-fabric straps, adjustable and detachable options.

Branding

Screen, block, flexo, heat transfer, sublimation on the lining, embroidery, plus woven, printed and metal labels.

Finishing

Piping, rivets, magnetic snaps, zips, base boards, printed inner linings and edge binding in contrast cotton.

Packing & marking

Individual polybag or paper sleeve, retail hang tags, EAN barcodes, master-carton marking and pallet configuration.

Branding methods

Choosing a print method

The right method depends on your quantity, colour count and how much detail the artwork carries. If you are unsure, send the artwork and we will recommend one.

Method Min. quantity Colours Best for
Screen print 300 up to 4 Best value overall. Crisp, opaque coverage on flat panels; our default recommendation.
Block print 500 1–2 Hand-crafted look for artisanal ranges. Slight variation between pieces is inherent, not a defect.
Flexo print 2,000 up to 6 Roll-to-roll printing before cutting. The lowest unit cost once you are past two thousand pieces.
Heat transfer 100 Full colour Photographic detail and gradients across small areas. Higher unit cost, no screen charges.
Embroidery 100 up to 9 threads The premium finish. Ideal for logos under 12 cm; priced by stitch count, not by area.
Woven label 300 Sewn to the front panel or inside the seam. The cheapest way to carry a brand mark permanently.
One-off charges Screen and cylinder charges are one-time per colour per design and are waived on repeat orders of the same artwork. Embroidery digitising is charged once. All one-off costs are itemised separately in your quotation — never hidden in the unit price.

Quantity economics

What volume does to your unit price

The index below shows how the same bag behaves across quantity bands, with the 300-piece price set at 100. Use it to sanity-check a budget before you ask us to quote.

Quantity Price index Sampling Production
300 – 4991007–10 d30–35 d
500 – 999927–10 d28–32 d
1,000 – 2,999847 d25–30 d
3,000 – 9,999767 d25–30 d
10,000 +705–7 d30–40 d

Indicative only. Actual movement depends on fabric weight, print method, handle type and the jute price at the time of quotation. Above ten thousand pieces the lead time lengthens again because the order is split across units.

What we need from you

A complete brief in eight lines

Send these and we can usually quote without a follow-up call.

  • Finished dimensions — width × height × gusset, in cm
  • Quantity per style and per colour
  • Fabric weight or, better, a reference photo
  • Handle type, length and drop
  • Lining: none, cotton, canvas or laminate
  • Artwork as vector (AI, EPS, PDF) with Pantone references
  • Target landed price and destination port
  • The date the goods must be on the shelf

Artwork

Getting the print right the first time

Send vectors, not screenshots

AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined. A raster file needs 300 dpi at final print size; a logo lifted from a website will not hold up on hessian.

Expect colour to shift

Jute is a warm brown substrate, so every ink reads darker and duller than it does on white paper. We match to Pantone on a jute swatch, never on paper, and send you a photograph before bulk printing.

Keep detail generous

Minimum line weight is 1 mm and minimum text height 4 mm for screen print. Fine serifs and hairlines fill in against the weave — we will flag it before it becomes your problem.

Custom brief

Start your project

Fill in what you know. Blanks are fine — we will ask about anything essential in our first reply, which reaches you within one working day.

Paste a share link rather than attaching files — it survives spam filters.
